Apollo 11 bootprint pendant
One-of-a-kind pendant inspired by Buzz Aldrin's bootprint in the lunar soil at Tranquility Base during Apollo 11. The boot sole was recreated in silver, then impressions were cast using lost-wax casting.

Created in collaboration with my friend and talented ceramic artist, Amy Rae Hill. Each piece is meticulously hand-built from clay, hand-painted, glazed, and fired in Amy's Seattle-based studio and then finished into jewelry in Daniel's studio in Lafayette, Indiana.

Custom 2-inch variant of the Europa Clipper vault plate pendant necklace with matte finish. The engraving depicts the waveforms of the spoken word "water" in 103 different languages, inspired by the WaterWords message carried aboard NASA's Europa Clipper spacecraft with a custom engraving on the back.
